Job Description

diagnosing infertility, creating treatment plans, and monitoring patients' progress

Responsibilities

Diagnose infertility
: Identify the cause of infertility and develop a treatment plan
Perform procedures
: Perform surgical procedures like hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, as well as other procedures like endometrial scratch and biopsies
Monitor progress
: Track a patient's progress during treatment
Provide counseling
: Offer counseling and feedback to patients
Maintain records
: Keep accurate and clear medical records
Propose improvements
: Suggest ways to improve procedures and protocols
Mentor others
: Mentor fellows pursuing reproductive medicine fellowships
Research
: Participate in research projects and publish research papers
Make decisions
: Make clinical decisions based on protocols
Ensure safety: Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times
