INFECTION CONTROL NURSE

Job Role:
Ensure hospital-wide infection prevention and control through monitoring, training, audits, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & investigate hospital-acquired infections (VAP, CAUTI, CLABSI, SSI, etc.)
• Conduct rounds, audits & maintain infection control records
• Train and counsel staff on infection prevention practices
• Ensure sterilization, biomedical waste management & cleanliness standards
• Organize infection control committee meetings & prepare reports
• Support vaccination programs & employee health initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, nursing & medical teams to enforce infection control policies

Requirements:

• Nursing qualification (B.Sc/Diploma in Nursing) or equivalent healthcare degree
• Certification/training in Infection Control preferred
• Experience in infection prevention & hospital audits
• Strong knowledge of sterilization, waste management & infection surveillance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
