Project Role :Industry Subject Matter Advisor

Project Role Description :Work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
Must have skills :Java Standard Edition

Good to have skills :Microsoft Azure Architecture
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in various domains, ensuring that the design and delivery of solutions are successful. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making and problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
