Job Description

Role Overview: As a strategic and results-driven Industry Marketing Lead for the Life Sciences vertical in the EMEA region, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, client engagement, and revenue impact. You will work closely with regional Field Marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns and programs. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Life Sciences marketing advisor to EMEA business and marketing stakeholders. - Define and prioritize marketing strategies aligned with vertical growth objectives. - Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and client campaigns. - Design and execute multi-geo, multi-channel awareness and lead generation campaigns. - Develop persona profiles and client segmentation strategies. - Create and activate client journeys through research, messaging, and validation. - Support regional Field Marketing team in effective local activation of integrated campaigns. - Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. - Design joint marketing initiatives with Life Sciences technology alliance partners. - Collaborate across the Marketing ecosystem, Corporate Thought Leadership, and Regional Field Marketing for the right inputs and best outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership within the Life Sciences industry. - Strong ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans. - Experience in multi-geo, multi-channel campaign design and execution. - Proficiency in client segmentation strategies and persona development. - Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders. - Track record of establishing and tracking KPIs for campaign effectiveness and ROI measurement.
