As an AI Consultant at GN Automotive, your role will involve identifying high-value AI use cases across the automotive value chain. You will be expected to articulate AI solutions and business value to clients, emphasizing impact, ROI, and feasibility. Collaborating with clients, you will redesign processes using AI-driven workflows and automation. Additionally, you will analyze large, multi-source datasets such as sales, customer, and inventory data to inform and model solutions. Your responsibilities will also include leading Strategy & Execution by defining AI vision & roadmap, assessing data readiness/maturity and value, prioritizing use cases, implementing AI Governance, designing target operating models, leading change management & training, as well as estimating deployment and model training costs. Furthermore, you will evaluate AI models and recommend the suitable tools/platforms for product development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify high-value AI use cases in the automotive sector - Articulate AI solutions and business value to clients - Redesign processes using AI-driven workflows and automation - Analyze large, multi-source datasets to inform/model solutions - Lead Strategy & Execution including AI vision & roadmap, data readiness/maturity assessments, use-case prioritization, AI Governance, target operating model design, change management & training, and deployment/model training cost estimation - Evaluate AI models and recommend appropriate tools/platforms for product development **Qualifications Required:** - Rapid prototyping / vibe coding skills for building agentic-AI demos - Familiarity with LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, RAG patterns, and vector databases - Proficiency in advanced analytics/ML skills using Python, R - Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and model interpretability/explainability (Note: The above job description does not include any additional details about the company.)
