As an Assistant Manager - Industrial Relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring statutory compliance within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective industrial relations strategies to foster positive employee relations and prevent labor disputes. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention. - Managing employee benefits programs such as salary, allowances, and other perks. - Conducting training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. - Providing HR generalist support including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. - Collaborating with senior management to establish and enforce HR policies and procedures. - Analyzing and reporting on labor market trends, employee satisfaction, and other metrics to support business decisions. Qualifications required for this role: - 6-10 years of experience in industrial relations, HR generalist, or related field. - Profound knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills to derive insights for informed business decisions. - Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
