As an Assistant Manager - Industrial Relations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring statutory compliance within the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - 6-10 years of experience in industrial relations, HR generalist, or related field. - Profound knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills to derive insights for informed business decisions. - Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
