Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer with good knowledge in CNC component manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with CNC machines, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 2-5 years of experience in component manufacturing on CNC machines
Develop and optimise CNC machining processes for component manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in NX-CAD / CAM software
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for machining components
Knowledge of programming, tooling & machining processes of CNC machines
Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with machine operators & shop supervisor to prove out components on CNC machines, conduct operation trials, and verify program accuracy
Conduct time studies and derive standard time for production processes.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
