Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and equipment on the production line.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to blow molding, filling, capping, and labeling machines.
Monitor and maintain PLC systems, sensors, and motors used in bottling equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
Ensure all electrical installations and work comply with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
Keep accurate maintenance records and update electrical schematics when modifications are made.
Assist during equipment upgrades, testing, and commissioning of new installations.
