Industrial Automation Engineer

One of our client Industrial Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems that drive efficiency and productivity within our manufacturing processes. This position is crucial for optimizing our operations, reducing downtime, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in our production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• :Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes, including PLC programming, HMI development, and robotic integration
• .Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated equipment and systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
• .Develop and maintain documentation for automated systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operating procedures
• .Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to control and monitor automated processes
• .Integrate robotic systems into existing manufacturing lines, optimizing performance and ensuring safety
• .Conduct regular performance evaluations of automated systems and identify areas for improvement
• .Manage automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• .Analyze data from automated systems to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve efficiency
• .Develop and implement safety protocols for automated equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• .Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on the operation and maintenance of automated systems
• .Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technology and identify opportunities to implement new solutions
