When I went for service assistance no one attended me though we have current accounts without any advance loans the regional manager did not show interest in meeting me . Their attitude is worse than government employees-

I forgive the terrible parking since it's MG Road. But they don't have a phone number that works. Terrible service, bank app does is too slow, constantly disturbs with loan offers even if I say not interested.
