I forgive the terrible parking since it's MG Road. But they don't have a phone number that works. Terrible service, bank app does is too slow, constantly disturbs with loan offers even if I say not interested.

Very poor customer support. They don't have a valid contact number yet. Don't even deserve 1 star. If they can't afford atleast 1 valid contact number in this era why do they still exist
