Never take loan from this bank. Very bad experience from kottayam branch manger Deepu. More Hidden charges. No Coustmer support for Complaints. Only Support for taking new loans.its a Robbery bank.

Really facing bad experience & delays from the Bank....Just spoke to a senior Relationship Manager who was not at all interested to listen to the customer Nor was he ready to ensure the person who was calling got the service...Really pathetic....
