Job Description

  • Food preparation and cooking: Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes, such as curries, tandoori items, or regional specialties, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen management: Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients, place orders as needed, and ensure freshness.
  • Hygiene and safety: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and ensure all food is prepared and stored safely in compliance with regulations.
  • Recipe and menu development: Assist in creating new menu items or specials, while also ensuring the authenticity and quality of traditional recipes are maintained.
  • Staff supervision: Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, coordinate their activities, and monitor schedules.
  • Operational support: Assist with budgeting, planning kitchen operations, and collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Specialization: Some roles may require specialization, such as a Tandoori Chef who operates the tandoor oven or a South Indian Cook focusing on dishes like dosa and idli.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
