Job Description

As an Indian Chef, your role will involve preparing authentic Indian dishes, showcasing diverse regional cuisines. You will ensure adherence to traditional cooking techniques and recipes while managing spice levels and flavors to maintain authenticity and quality. It will be your responsibility to coordinate with kitchen staff to streamline food preparation and service, as well as maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Indian kitchen area. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare authentic Indian dishes representing diverse regional cuisines - Ensure adherence to traditional cooking techniques and recipes - Manage spice levels and flavors to maintain authenticity and quality - Coordinate with kitchen staff to streamline food preparation and service - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Indian kitchen area - Collaborate with management to develop menus featuring Indian specialties - Address guest dietary preferences and allergies with care and attention - Demonstrate expertise in Indian culinary traditions and ingredients Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking, with a preference for Indian cuisine expertise - Total work experience of 1 year is preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with fixed shifts. The work location is in person. As an Indian Chef, you will have the benefit of food provided on site.,
