As a skilled Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes that showcase diverse regional cuisines. Your main duty will be to ensure adherence to traditional cooking techniques and recipes, managing spice levels and flavors to maintain authenticity and quality. In addition, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline food preparation and service, while also maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Indian kitchen area. Working closely with management, you will contribute to developing menus featuring Indian specialties and address guest dietary preferences and allergies with care and attention. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate expertise in Indian culinary traditions and ingredients. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided. The schedule is fixed shift, and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in cooking, with a preference for candidates with a total of 1 year of work experience.
