Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional Indian cuisines and a passion for delivering authentic and flavorful dishes. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting traditional and contemporary Indian meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing kitchen staff. Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian, Indian, or regional dishes. Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the restaurant’s standards. Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure timely ordering of ingredients. Train and supervise kitchen staff in cooking techniques and hygiene practices. Develop new recipes or improve existing ones based on seasonal availability and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Comply with food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with management on menu planning and special food promotions.
