Job Description

As the India Marketing & Engagement Lead at the University, your role is vital in leading brand and marketing initiatives across various channels for the Indian market. You will work closely with the Marketing & Content and Digital Experience teams to implement strategies that enhance the university's reputation and brand distinctiveness. Your main responsibilities include: - Collaborating with colleagues to strengthen the university's brand reputation and distinctiveness in the region - Leading go-to-market programs focusing on awareness, performance marketing, search, and content performance - Delivering campaigns to build awareness and engagement with the university brand and Societal Impact framework - Supporting the development and implementation of the India PR plan to drive student recruitment - Being the key contact for the PR agency and ensuring all content meets brand standards - Leading the ideation, implementation, and reporting of India-specific marketing programs - Utilizing data and insights to improve marketing outcomes - Staying updated on market trends and incorporating learnings from previous campaigns for continuous improvement - Supporting the delivery of India Open Day / Application Day events and university delegation visits - Providing marketing support for recruitment and conversion activities - Supporting alumni engagement and employability initiatives - Facilitating India partner engagements and marketing approvals with stakeholders To excel in this role, you should possess: - A tertiary level qualification in marketing/business or equivalent experience - 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role in India - Strong strategic mindset and experience in running marketing programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong digital marketing understanding and experience with marketing automation - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively - Commitment to university aims, objectives, and values - Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work effectively on multiple projects Employment is with the University's Wholly Owned Subsidiary in New Delhi, offering a competitive salary based on experience. Pre-employment checks and verification of qualifications are required. The role provides flexible working arrangements with a requirement to work from the office at least 3 days a week.,
