Job Description

As the India Marketing & Engagement Lead for a prestigious university in New Delhi, you will be responsible for leading brand and marketing initiatives across various channels in the Indian market. You will work closely with the Sydney-based Marketing & Content and Digital Experience teams to implement strategies that amplify the university's societal impact framework and communicate brand distinctiveness in line with the strategic ambition. Your primary goal will be to enhance the university's reputation in the region, attract future students, and foster partnerships with key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Marketing & Digital Marketing colleagues to strengthen university brand distinctiveness and reputation in the region. - Lead go-to-market programs focusing on awareness, performance marketing, search, and content performance to achieve targets aligned with the Societal Impact framework. - Deliver campaigns to build awareness and engagement with the university brand and Societal Impact framework themes. - Support the development and implementation of the India PR plan to drive student recruitment and amplify social impact themes. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure content meets brand standards and receive timely approval. - Lead ideation, implementation, review, optimization, and reporting of India-specific marketing programs. - Utilize data and insights to understand competitive position and make recommendations for improvement. - Stay updated on market trends and incorporate learnings from previous campaigns. - Ensure marketing collaterals are updated as per brand guidelines and distributed to the India Future Student team ahead of events. **Qualifications Required:** - Tertiary level qualification in marketing/business or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role supporting marketing in India. - Demonstrated experience in running marketing programs, preferably in the education sector. - Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term marketing plans. - Strong digital marketing understanding including SEO optimization and customer lifecycle marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders. - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Commitment to university aims, objectives, values, and health & safety responsibilities. As the India Marketing & Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the university's brand reputation and driving student recruitment in the region. Your strategic mindset, strong marketing experience, and collaborative approach will contribute to the university's success in achieving its goals.,
