Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced InDesign Composer / Template Developer to support our publishing production team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining InDesign templates and ensuring high-quality page composition for books, journals, and digital outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update InDesign templates as per project requirements.
- Perform page layout, styling, and formatting with accuracy.
- Ensure consistency in design, typography, and composition standards.
- Work with editors/designers to resolve layout issues.
- Prepare final files for print and digital formats.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Adobe InDesign and template creation.
- Good knowledge of paragraph/character styles, GREP, and layout standards.
- Understanding of XML workflows (added advantage).
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.
