IND Consultant II - Business Process Management

The Process Analyst position in Bangalore requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the ITES or BPM industry. As a Process Analyst, you will report to the IND Group Manager, Global Business Process Management and play a crucial role in supporting process improvement and documentation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in gathering process information and requirements through interviews and workshops with business stakeholders, documenting and visualizing business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation, and preparing and maintaining process maps, SOPs, and related documentation. Additionally, you will coordinate process review sessions, collaborate with senior analysts and process improvement experts, track process performance metrics, and ensure up-to-date process documentation. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Process Documentation, or similar areas within the ITES or BPM industry. You should be familiar with business process documentation and mapping, have some experience using tools like Microsoft Visio or other process mapping/BPM software, and possess a basic understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation. A Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification is required, and a Yellow Belt certification or similar process improvement training is a plus. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well within teams. An eagerness to learn about process performance metrics and data-driven improvement is also important.
