Job Description

As a Process Analyst at our Bangalore location with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the ITES or BPM industry, you will be reporting to the IND Group Manager, Global Business Process Management. Your primary responsibility will be to support process improvement and documentation initiatives by collaborating with business teams and senior analysts. Your role will involve capturing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, making it ideal for individuals with a background in quality operations, process documentation, or transitions. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in BPMN process mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in conducting interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to gather process information, learning to document and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation, supporting the preparation and maintenance of process maps and SOPs, coordinating process review sessions, collaborating with senior analysts during process design and transition exercises, tracking process performance metrics, and maintaining up-to-date process documentation. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a supporting role within Quality, Operations, Process Documentation, or similar areas, familiarity with business process documentation and mapping, some experience using tools like Microsoft Visio or other process mapping/BPM software, basic understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation, Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification, good organizational, planning, and communication skills, eagerness to learn about process performance metrics, and data-driven improvement. Preferred qualifications include exposure to process improvement or transition projects, Yellow Belt certification or similar process improvement training, and basic awareness of process mapping notation tools, process automation, or concepts.
