IND Configuration Analyst I

As an IND Configuration Analyst I at Aon Health Solutions, located in Gurgaon/Noida, you will play a crucial role in building and configuring benefit schemes for clients using internal/external configurable platforms. With 0-1 years of experience in the relevant field and a B.Tech/MCA or relevant qualification, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the System Analyst, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality change and business activities. Your primary focus will be on improving quality and supporting internal user acceptance testing and user acceptance testing defects. Your responsibilities will include having a detailed understanding of your clients" flexible benefit plans to provide necessary support, offering technical expertise, and working with the team to drive key learning areas across all flex clients. You will design and configure the flexible benefit platform, workflow, and content management systems in alignment with business requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering assigned tickets with high quality, performing unit testing, and ensuring peer review on projects within your expertise area. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong teamwork, time management, and analytical skills. Flexibility to extend work hours occasionally to meet business needs is essential. Basic SQL skills/knowledge of databases and familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS are also required.
