Income Tax Executive

As an individual with mandate experience in Income Tax Return filing for individuals, firms, and companies, you will be responsible for finalizing and preparing financial statements. Your strong client handling and coordination skills will be crucial in this role. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will ensure smooth interactions with clients. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating your self-reliance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Finalize financial statements accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate effectively with clients to gather necessary data, address queries, and provide updates. - Review the work of junior team members and provide guidance and mentorship as needed. - Maintain documentation meticulously and offer support during assessments or notices. - Report on the status of your work regularly and ensure tasks are completed punctually. Qualifications Required: - Experience in team handling preferred. - Knowledge of TDS, GST, and other compliance matters is essential. - Familiarity with tax and accounting software like Tally, Computax, Winman, or similar tools is advantageous. - Exposure to scrutiny assessments or notice handling is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for this role.,
