Incident Management Specialist

As a software engineer at our company, you will play a key role in designing and implementing deployment approaches using automated continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. You will collaborate with other teams to design, develop, test, and implement reliable solutions in applications. Your responsibilities will include implementing infrastructure, configuration, and network as code, resolving complex problems, and supporting the adoption of site reliability engineering best practices within your team. You will also need to understand service level indicators and utilize service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers. Key Responsibilities: - Guide and assist others in building appropriate level designs - Collaborate with software engineers and teams on deployment approaches - Design, develop, test, and implement reliable solutions - Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code - Resolve complex problems with technical experts and team members - Support the adoption of site reliability engineering best practices - Understand service level indicators and utilize service level objectives Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience - Proficiency in site reliability culture and principles - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, and .Net - Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline - Experience in observability using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform - Familiarity with container and container orchestration such as ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker - Familiarity with troubleshooting common networking technologies and issues - Ability to contribute to large and collaborative teams with limited supervision - Proactive recognition of roadblocks and interest in learning new technologies - Identification of new technologies and relevant solutions to meet design constraints This job offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for software engineers with a passion for implementing innovative solutions and collaborating with diverse teams.,
