Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai, Rajkot and Bhavnagar for the role of Incharge, Medical Records. The primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate and efficient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing record-keeping systems to safeguard patient information. The role involves budgeting and resource management related to records, addressing customer inquiries regarding records, coordinating with clinical and administrative departments, and training staff on medical record procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management
• Basic knowledge of Medicine and clinical documentation
• Ability to lead Training programs for staff on medical record systems and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare or a hospital environment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare, Information Management, must
• 4 to 5 years experience
