Job Description

You will be responsible for engaging in sales activities targeting convenience store owners throughout the USA. Collaborating and brainstorming with the sales team to reach out to independent convenience store owners in the United States will be a key aspect of your role. You must inquire about customer needs, finalize sales, take and process sales orders, and go the extra mile to meet sales quotas. Keeping records of calls and sales, as well as noting useful information, will be essential. As a senior sales executive, you must be proficient in making a high volume of cold calls (200 plus per day) and building a pipeline while maintaining long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients. Communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English are crucial as the majority of the C-store owners are native Gujarati. You should have at least 3+ years of sales experience with 1+ years of experience in the US market, particularly in lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Being a top performer in meeting sales quotas, maintaining excellent CRM hygiene, and working effectively within a team are essential qualities for this role. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 50,000 per month, along with lucrative incentives and commissions based on performance.
