As an Inbound Technical Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for: - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems efficiently and recommending the best plan for resolution - Selling technical support plans along with relevant software Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills - Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad The salary for this position ranges from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month (fixed) with additional huge incentives. The shift timing is in the US shift.
