Inbound Travel Consultant

As an Inbound Travel Consultant at Daily Tour and Travel Pvt. Ltd., located in Pandav Nagar, Delhi, you will be responsible for handling international inbound tourism markets from TC 2 & TC 3 countries. Your primary focus will be on creating customized travel itineraries, promoting key Indian destinations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. With your 4 to 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and vendor coordination abilities, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional travel services. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage customized inbound travel itineraries for FITs, groups, and special interest travelers from Far East, Europe, Russia, USA, and other TC 2 & TC 3 countries. - Understand and cater to the travel preferences of clients from specific regions such as TC 3 (Far East) and TC 2 (Europe including Russia). - Promote and package key Indian destinations including Buddhist Circuit, Spiritual & Heritage Tours, Luxury Train Tours, South & Coastal India, and Northeast India & Bhutan. - Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors to ensure a smooth travel experience. - Prepare accurate travel proposals, costings, and client communication material to meet client requirements. - Respond to client inquiries promptly, provide expert destination advice, and ensure client satisfaction throughout their travel experience. - Handle pre-tour arrangements, on-tour support, and post-tour follow-ups effectively. Candidate Requirements: - 4 to 5 years of experience in inbound travel operations, particularly with clients from TC 2 and TC 3 countries. - Strong understanding of Indian tourism circuits and international client expectations. - Knowledge of Buddhist pilgrimage routes and luxury tourism in India is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Strong vendor coordination, itinerary planning, and costing skills. - Flexible to work on rotational week offs and handle urgent client requirements.
