Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Previous 3 - 5 years of experience in the INBOUND travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Design comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to the interests of individual clients/groups.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transporters, tour guides, and other service providers.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients throughout their travel experience.
  • Knowledge of Facile & Ripple software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications is preferred.
