Inbound Tech Support/Sales-US Shift

As a Customer Service Executive/ Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems effectively and providing customers with the best solution. Additionally, you will be tasked with selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls from customers experiencing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problems accurately and offer appropriate solutions - Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software Qualifications Required: - Experience in outbound tech support for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year - Ability to effectively close calls and demonstrate good sales skills - Immediate availability to join the team Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd offers a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, along with 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, birthday leaves, and attractive incentives. You can enjoy a friendly working environment with no extension of shift timings. The salary range for this role is Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed) plus lucrative incentives.
