Handling incoming calls: Answering calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department, and providing support to customers. Addressing customer inquiries: Answering questions about products, services, prices, and other related topics. Resolving customer issues: Addressing complaints, troubleshooting technical problems, and finding solutions to customer concerns. Providing sales support: Assisting customers with orders, payments, and other sales-related inquiries. Maintaining accurate records: Documenting customer interactions and updates in a database. Following up with customers: Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any outstanding issues. Meeting performance targets: Achieving sales goals or other performance metrics. Understanding customer needs: Identifying customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Following company protocols: Adhering to scripts and guidelines for interacting with customers.
