Inbound Sales Consultant

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart, articulate, and driven Sales & Client Support Executive to join our Calicut office. The role involves handling inbound calls and enquiries from clients in the UAE and UK, confidently communicating our services, and converting leads into successful sales or support resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries
• Clearly explain service offerings and assist clients with their needs
• Convert interest into action - helping clients make the right decision
• Ensure smooth coordination with our operational teams
• Keep records updated and maintain excellent communication standards

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English with clear, confident communication
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn digital tools and workflows
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
