Job Description

You will be responsible for responding to queries from potential and existing learners through calls and chats received on the toll-free number + chatbot. Your role will include providing timely information about programs, schedules, pricing, and other important program details. Additionally, you will be expected to generate leads from calls and chats received via the toll-free number + chatbot and share filtered leads immediately with the sales team for follow-up and conversion. Furthermore, you will verify access to the program, grant access if not already granted, and provide a walkthrough of the learning platform to ensure smooth navigation and usage. It will be important for you to adhere to policy guidelines to prevent future escalations, communicate important deadlines and support contact points, as well as identify and flag potential issues early to reduce escalations, particularly after cohort launch. You will also be responsible for sharing onboarding details and important information with learners via email.
