The ideal candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: Desired Skills: - 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO setting. - Proficiency in closing calls independently with excellent communication skills. - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. - Ability to effectively address customer issues and provide accurate resolutions. - Willingness to work flexible night shifts. Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current/last drawn CTC, with attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferred.
