Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    professionally in Hindi and English.
  • Resolve

    customer queries, complaints, and requests

    with patience and efficiency.
  • Maintain

    accurate call records and customer information

    .
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in Hindi and English

    (both are mandatory)
  • Excellent

    communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Must be willing to work

    on-site in Coimbatore

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate

  • Experience in

    customer support, BPO, or call center

    roles (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers

    with good communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply!
