Inbound Customer Support Associate

As an Inbound US Telecom Voice Process representative based in Airoli, your role will involve handling inbound calls related to US Telecom services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing assistance and support to customers with their telecom-related queries - Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction To be eligible for this position, you should meet one of the following qualification criteria: - Graduation (Fresher or Experienced) - SSC with a 3 years Diploma - HSC with a 3 years Diploma The work schedule for this role will be based on US Shift timings from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM for a total of 9 hours. You will be required to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off. Please note that the age criteria for this position is between 21 to 32 years. The interview process will consist of HR, Versant, and Operations rounds. Transportation facilities including home pickup and drop will be available for you, however, it is important to adhere to the transport boundaries set by the company. It is essential to have your marksheets and passing certificates in place as they are mandatory for this role.
