Inbound Call Centre Executive

As an Inbound Call Centre Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional support. Your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls and efficiently address their queries. - Provide accurate information on products/services, policies, and procedures. - Professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. - Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. - Follow call scripts and company guidelines for consistent service quality. - Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when interacting with customers. Qualifications Required: - Education: Minimum graduate qualification (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar inbound process role (freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Skills Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. - Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. - Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
