Inbound Call Centre Executive

As an Inbound Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional support to represent the company effectively. Your role will involve: - Handling inbound customer calls efficiently and addressing their queries. - Providing accurate information on products/services, policies, and procedures. - Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns professionally. - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records in the CRM system. - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department. - Following call scripts and company guidelines for consistent service quality. - Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach in customer interactions. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Education: Minimum graduate (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar inbound process role (freshers with good communication skills). Desired Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi. - Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. - Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
