Responsibilities:

Experience 8+ Years Job Description Lead design and development of scalable backend systems using Node.js Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications Evaluate and integrate Node.js frameworks and libraries for optimal performance Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver full-stack solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development plans Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal capability building Drive client workshops, technical assessments, and solution roadmaps Ways to Stand Out Ability to simplify backend architecture for cross-functional stakeholders Experience in deploying Node.js applications on cloud-native platforms Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Comfortable working in agile environments and adapting to changing priorities

Mandatory skill sets:

Deep expertise in Node.js fundamentals, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture Hands-on experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and versioning Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency in integrating third-party libraries, SDKs, and middleware Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred skill sets:

Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless functions Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and ORM tools Certifications in cloud or backend development technologies Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in proposal development, reusable asset creation, and practice growth
