Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead medium to large digital transformation projects, particularly within the banking domain.
• Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital strategies to align with clients business visions, ensuring optimal technology investments.
• IT Architecture Assessment: Perform current state assessments of IT architecture and propose digital interventions to achieve the desired future state.
• Innovation: Drive innovation in digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Business Development: Contribute to new business opportunities by working on proposals and market development.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee project activities from conceptualization through implementation, ensuring compliance with IT governance policies and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact between clients, vendor teams, and other stakeholders, managing day-to-day activities and project reporting.

Candidate Expectations:

• Digital Transformation Experience: Hands-on experience in digital transformation, especially in business process and performance improvement within the banking domain.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Strong knowledge in digital transformation strategies for the banking sector, including retail banking, corporate banking, and customer experience.
• End-to-End Customer Journey: Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and integration of IT systems with banking operations.
• Greenfield Rollouts: Experience in new business enablement, target operating model design, and customer experience strategy.

Skills Required:

• Retail Banking Knowledge: Hands-on experience with retail banking systems and the integration between core banking systems and external applications/tools.
• Digital Maturity Models: Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, ML, and familiarity with digital maturity models.
• Project Management: Strong skills in project management, business planning, and client relationship management.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Digital Transformation expertise, especially in Lending within the banking sector.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Digital Transformation & Lending expertise.

Experience Required:

• 4-8 years in digital transformation or related roles, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.

Educational Qualification:

• Required: BTech or MBA.
