Job Description

As Support Technician, you provide firstline technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to the application platform. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within an organization. This role involves coordinating various aspects of a project, including resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, to achieve specific goals and deliverables
Proven experience in managing projects.
Experience with project management tools (eg, Azure Devops, Microsoft Project, JIRA ).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (eg, PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
Leadership Skills Ability to motivate and lead teams, facilitating collaboration and conflict resolution.
Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills Capable of analyzing situations, identifying problems, and deriving effective solutions.
Time Management Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Risk Management Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritization of work.
Ability to be actively involved in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects.
