Job Description

• The candidate must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws, Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc.

Responsibilities :

Ability to analyze and interpret the provisions and present views on the abovementioned laws

• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle small teams.

• Should be able to have a discussion with stakeholders at the client site and develop an understanding of business operations

• Should be able to prepare compliance checklists of applicable laws to different clients

• Ensure project-related timelines and able to lead the team of associates

• Should be able to prepare periodic MIS, project management

• Should be able to conduct onsite compliance reviews

• Knowledge of compliance tool
