You will be part of a 90-day internship starting from August 21, 2023, where your role will involve identifying new tools, optimizing existing systems, and enhancing overall efficiency to support the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand marketing and sales processes, researching and recommending innovative tools and technologies, assisting in seamless implementation and integration of selected tools, testing and validating new tools and automated processes, conducting comprehensive testing of current tools, documenting procedures and outcomes, providing training and support to team members, and staying updated with industry trends in marketing and sales automation. To excel in this role, you are expected to be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, have a strong enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies, possess basic familiarity with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of marketing and sales processes, effective communication skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, quick learning ability, adaptability to new challenges, and a self-driven work approach are also required qualifications.
