The position involves working within our CX Program Implementation team with a focus on building the surveys and reporting. Your day would include working with the business analyst to understand CX requirements shared by the stakeholders and work with the implementation team to develop solutions. The role requires a creative thinker who can solve problems through innovative technology solutions while supporting the development of customer experience programs. Responsibilities ? Configure the Medallia surveys and reporting setup as per the requirements shared by the Business Analyst. ? Build Auto Importers for the new survey programs. ? Conduct file inflow reviews to understand the impact of file changes on the existing programs. ? Build new surveys in Medallia from end to end tackling the design and distribution setup. ? Review user access and permissions in the process to build the user processor. ? Build new roles and integrate these with the organizational hierarchy. ? Maintain survey technical specification documentation ? Integrate with other systems such as Salesforce and AWS. ? Build new reporting in Medallia using the MAX report modules and troubleshooting the reporting issues. ? Setup alerts and implement rapid response templates in Medallia. Requirements ? 2+ years of experience in implementing the Medallia programs for the enterprise clients. ? Medallia Certification - Admin level and above. ? Ability to work seamlessly with the onsite resources to understand and implement the business requirements. ? Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance for this role. Nice-to-haves ? Proficient in business process documentation business rules and requirement elicitation. ? Strong organizational and communication skills. ? Experience connecting the Medallia platform with third-party solutions such as Salesforce. ?
