* Research and identify export leads and potential international clients.
* Communicate professionally with clients via email / any other medium.
* Convert leads into orders and build long-term relationships.
* Manage documentation from order confirmation to delivery and invoicing.
* Familiarity with email etiquette and CRM tools.
* Ability to prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
* Clear and concise communication (written & verbal)
* Proficient in English communication.
* Knowledge of export processes and documentation.
* Experience in lead generation and client handling preferred.
* Detail-oriented and organized
