Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Handling (Air/Sea): End-to-end coordination for both air and sea shipments.
• Custom Documentation: Preparation, verification, and submission of all required export/import documents in compliance with regulations.
• Freight Negotiation: Identify and negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Shipment Planning & Dispatch: Plan shipments according to delivery schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely dispatch.
• ADC Clearance: Manage ADC (Assistant Drug Controller) clearance procedures for pharmaceutical shipments.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any delays or issues.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
• Export logistics & supply chain operations
• Customs procedures & documentation
• Advance licensing & export incentives
• EXIM documentation & compliance
• Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in email communication and internet-based functions.
• Ability to operate logistics and documentation tools effectively.
