Key Responsibilities:Import Coordination:

• Handle end-to-end import documentation and process flow from order to final delivery.

DGFT & Licensing:

• Apply for and manage Advance Authorisation / EPCG Licences through the DGFT portal.
• Maintain compliance with DGFT guidelines and ensure timely submission of utilisation records and closure of licences.
• Coordinate with consultants or internal teams for filing online applications and amendments.

GNPT Documentation & Clearance:

• Prepare and verify import documents for shipments arriving at JNPT (Jawaharlal Nehru Port Terminal).
• Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) for timely clearance.
• Ensure proper classification under HS codes and adherence to EXIM policy.

Bank Realization Certificate (BRC):

• Coordinate with banks for timely issuance of e-BRCs for export realisation.
• Maintain BRC records for audits and DGFT obligations.
• Follow up with finance and banks for any discrepancies in foreign exchange realization.

Compliance & Record Management:

• Ensure proper documentation and archival of import-related documents.
• Maintain records for audit, DGFT scrutiny, and internal reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with Customs, DGFT, FEMA, and RBI norms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduate in Commerce / Business / International Trade (MBA/PG preferred).
• Experience: 6–10 years of experience in handling imports, DGFT, advance licences, and port documentation.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of EXIM policies and DGFT procedures.
• Familiarity with online DGFT portal, ICEGATE, and Indian Customs processes.
• Understanding of Incoterms, LC, BRC, HS codes, and foreign trade compliance.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing/export-oriented units (EOUs).
• Previous dealings with JNPT/Mumbai port and local customs authorities.

Pay: ₹11,871.46 - ₹35,025.79 per month
