Import Documentation Executive

As a Sea Export Officer for a leading freight forwarding company based out in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, you will be reporting to the Manager Export. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the field, along with a minimum educational qualification of being a graduate. Your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong command of FCL export procedures. - Possessing excellent written English skills. - Coordinating with shipping lines for gate cut off and SI cut off. - Collaborating with shippers and CHA for timely SI filing. - Ensuring SI filing through Odex, INTRRA, or liner web portal. - Arranging BL draft from shipping liners, verifying corrections with customers, and arranging BL accordingly. - Preparing HBL and pre-alerts, sending them to customers and overseas agents. - Providing timely updates to reporting managers and shippers. - Tracking container handovers and coordinating with necessary parties. - Updating the in-house software as required. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the job location is in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Relocation or reliable commuting to Ghaziabad is a requirement for this role.
