*Manage and oversee all import and export transactions for the company.
*Ensure compliance with Customs and DGFT laws.
*Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
*Review shipping documents, approve checklist for customs clearance and maintenance of statutory records.
*Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the import and export process in alignment with DGFT compliances.
*Coordinate with bankers to close open import/export line items.
*Enabling Company to avail import / export benefits through possible schemes on case to case basis.
*Reasonable understanding of GST provisions related to Import/Export to work with Finance for compliances.
*Holds current and comprehensive knowledge about Import/ Export compliance issues and Trends.
