Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist at our fast-growing, innovative SaaS company, you will play a crucial role in customer onboarding and professional services automation. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation - Being a platform domain expert and setting up customers for immediate success - Working with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a customer-first environment at all times - Actively tracking platform usage and driving ROI for customers through data analysis - Preparing videos, emails, and phone calls to support customers during onboarding - Understanding the goals & objectives of new customers and translating their needs appropriately - Collaborating with customers and their tech teams to integrate into their tech stack - Training customers in software platform basics and providing guidance throughout the implementation process - Tracking key implementation milestones and reducing roadblocks - Educating users about product best practices to improve adoption - Showcasing the ROI and time-to-value to customers effectively You should apply for this role if you: - Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, preferably in implementations, onboarding, or technical consulting - Have hands-on experience or exposure to REST APIs and custom integrations between SaaS platforms and third-party tools - Bring strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail - Are a critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and learn new technologies quickly - Have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about building long-term customer loyalty - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly - Listen actively, empathize with customers, and strive to deliver meaningful outcomes - Have demonstrated strong product and consumer thinking, balancing user needs with business goals - Experience with CRM, ERP, project management, or fintech platforms is a strong plus Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, customer success, and professional growth.,
