Implementation Specialist, IT

Role Overview: As an Implementation Specialist, IT at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the largest customers, both in the US and globally. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with customers" IT departments to understand their requirements and guide them in adopting Rippling's Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions. You will serve as the internal go-to person for all matters related to Rippling's IT solution. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only engage with key customers but also collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product offerings, adoption rates, and overall customer experience in the IT domain. Key Responsibilities: - Become an expert on Rippling's IT offering, serving as a valuable resource for clients and colleagues - Understand clients" technology requirements, guide them in installing and adopting Rippling's IT solutions, and provide necessary training - Collaborate with various teams within the organization to improve processes and products related to IT solutions - Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices to ensure effective implementation for customers Qualifications Required: - Passion and curiosity for all things related to IT - 4+ years of experience in managing IT setups, assisting customers with IT product implementation, or selling IT solutions, with a strong understanding of MDM, Identity Management solutions, and other IT-related products like Google, Azure, and Okta - Proficiency in project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage client relationships - Proactive mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enthusiastic about contributing to Rippling's growth Please note: This position is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from the Bangalore office three days a week.
